The former CHS library adjacent to Marion Square and across from the Francis Marion Hotel will soon be getting a new hotel to be developed by Michael Bennett. The new yet unnamed $70M, 185-room hotel will face Marion Square, which sparked an unsuccessful lawsuit that went to the state supreme court because of its 105 feet height.
