Cainhoy Development Discussed
Schulyer Kropf of The Post and Courier’s article on the proposed 5,000 acre mixed use development of The Guggenheim family on the Cainhoy tract that will completely transform the Clements Ferry Road corridor outside of I-526. It is the largest land development project in the history of Charleston and would take decades to build out.
