Historic Building Downtown Sold For New HQs
A 3-story building located at 26-28 Broad Street downtown was purchased to serve as the local HQs for a clinical medical research firm headed by a local executive. It was the former offices of Young Clement & Rivers that now anchors 25 Calhoun office building, just above Colliers International’s CHS offices. The building sold for $3.75M or about $220/SF and will undergo an extensive interior renovation with occupancy by year-end. Tryone Richardson of The Post and Courier has the complete story.
