URS Buys N CHS Multi-Family Community

URS has bought another CHS apartment community, this one the former Pepperhill Palmetto Apartments off Ashley Phosphate Road in N CHS.  The fund focuses on value-add opportunities in markets with expanding population and employment bases.  This is their 2nd acquisition; last summer, they bought St. James Crossing on Dorchester Road, now known as The Reserve at Ashley River.  John McDermott of The Post and Courier has the story.
