Palmetto State Armory To Anchor Existing Retail Centers in Summerville and Mt. Pleasant

An outdoor sporting goods retail store of 30,000 SF will anchor the eyesore Heritage Square shopping center in Summerville and include fishing gear and an 18-bay shooting range.  Palmetto State Armory, based in Columbia, is also planning to take the former Food Lion at National Center in Mt. Pleasant, though the shooting range has been nixed.  Abigail Darlington of The Post and Courier has the story.
