Mount Pleasant Square To Add Mix of Uses

Dewberry Capital, out of Atlanta, has filed paperwork for plans to expand its Mount Pleasant Square retail center and double its footprint on an adjacent site to be called Oyster Park, which will include about 35k SF of retail space and 269 apartments.  Abigail Darlington of The Post and Courier has the announcement – kinda, as the developer has not made an announcement nor even confirmed their plans to expand.
