The former Holiday Inn adjacent to the Tanger Outlets in N CHS has been re-flagged to a DoubleTree by Hilton after a $4M renovation. It is owned by Lowcountry Hotels which also owns the Hilton Garden Inn at Tanger, along with the Ansonborough Inn downtown and is developing a Staybridge Suites in Mount Pleasant. The Post and Courier’s Warren Wise reports Tanger Outlets is adding new stores, including Jos. A. Bank, RackRoom, Loft, and Starbucks.
August 5 is the opening date for CHS’ only Bonefish Grill, the seafood concept from the group that owns Outback. They picked the heavily traveled retail center for CHS, around Tanger Outlets and the N CHS Coliseum. John McDermott of The Post and Courier has the story.
